WM Development is the combined effort of two great minds.  Bill Larson, the Chief Executive Officer of WM Development, and Matt Udell, the Chief Financial Officer, have been experts in the real estate industry for a combined fifteen years of experience. 

Bill Larson has negotiated deals as buyer, seller, and developer throughout the Long Beach area, the Inland Empire, and internationally as well.  His resume speaks for itself, as Bill has left his clients with approving smiles wherever he invests his time.

Matt Udell has been the financial representative for many of Mr. Larson’s successful transactions for several years now.  Mr. Udell is well-versed in obtaining money for projects and lending money to buyers.  Mr. Udell has procured a healthy clientele from his years of practice.

The two leaders of the WM Development company have proven themselves as individuals and with other teams in the past.  Now they aim to team up and acquire, sell, and develop properties throughout the Southland area.
